Pein, Konan and Sakura

Illustration for my fic Reason on ff.net: [link] in which Sakura has lost all the persons she cares about, and now has the Akatsuki as her only remaining choice. Desperate for anyone to acknowledge her, she accepts to join her greatest enemies, but of course Konoha doesn't approve. Neji is sent after her, either to get her back, or to eliminate her if that should be neccesary...

...the three Akatsuki entered the square. The crowd cheered and everyone tried to get closer. Neji was forced to go with the flow of people. He tried to get away, because if he was recognized by any of the enemies, things could get nasty. But on the other hand, he had to get closer to Sakura to find out what exactly was going on. He just had to make sure she wouldn’t spot him. He tried to blend in with the crowd, hiding his abnormal eyes behind his hair. Slowly he got closer. The man with the piercings spoke with the civilians, smiling and answering eager questions. Everyone looked at him with adoration and some people even tried to touch him. The woman that accompanied him came after him, her hand on Sakura’s shoulder. Sakura seemed even more fragile in the oversized cloak...

It's a very old marker picture. I'm not at all content with it, especially Pein. I'd draw his hair and face very different now. Ah well, it's old.

I'm ashamed to say the background is just copy+pasted from the manga TT.TT
I have to practise a lot more to draw buildings like that...
